Our Research Group

We are looking for highly enthusiastic undergraduate interns, graduate students, and postdoctoral researchers who want to work together to push the boundaries of our understanding of the synergetic coupling between superconductivity and magnetism in the field of experimental condensed matter physics.

Prof. Kun-Rok Jeon

Principal Investigator

(2022-Present)

Dr. Kun-Rok Jeon is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at Chung-Ang University (CAU) in Seoul, Korea. He earned his undergraduate degree from Kyung Hee University (KHU) in 2007 and completed his PhD in Physics at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in 2013. Prior to joining CAU in 2022, he conducted postdoctoral research at the Max Planck Institute (MPI) of Microstructure Physics in Germany, the University of Cambridge in the UK, and the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) in Japan.

Mr. Seung-Gi Lee

Graduate Student

(March 2025-)

Mr. Seung-Gi Lee has majored in Electronic Physics from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) in Yongin, Korea. He plans to pursue his master's degree starting in 2025. His research will focus on "Non-Reciprocal Josephson Supercurrents and Spin-Triplet Correlations."​​​

Mr. Dong-Hyun Kim

Graduate Student

Mr. Dong-Hyun Kim majored in Physics and earned his bachelor’s degree from Chung-Ang University (CAU) in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Beginning in 2026, he plans to pursue a master’s degree with a research focus on "Magnetization dynamics and spin transport in superconductor–ferromagnet proximity systems."
