Now fully operational for Ar⁺ ion milling and electrode sputtering

We have finally made our equipment fully operational for Ar⁺ ion milling and electrode sputtering. We sincerely appreciate Mr. Seung-Gi Lee and Mr. Jihyung Kim for their time and effort in optimizing the etching and sputtering conditions.
